Liberty Sentinel for protected missions
Liberty Sentinel will provide custom models for defense and national-security work. Mission owners will direct development, authorize model-training data and evaluate performance in separately controlled environments.
Restricted and classified variants will require the corresponding authorization, personnel and infrastructure. Their data, checkpoints and access will remain within the owning authority’s approved domain.
Technical knowledge, logistics and workforce preparation
Initial mission discussions will focus on specific needs such as technical-document assistance, maintenance knowledge, logistics planning, scientific research and workforce instruction. A team will define the task, test the model against known requirements and document its limitations before operational use.
Custom model training will be evaluated against an unchanged baseline. Improvements must be demonstrated on the intended work, including failure cases and the effort required for human review.
Where Liberty Gov fits
Liberty Gov will serve authorized agency administrative, scientific and technical work. Liberty Sentinel will address national-security missions requiring separately governed development and operation. The responsible authority will determine the appropriate family and environment for each use. Gov and Sentinel variants will adapt suitable Liberty OSS or Frontier technology under separate data and operating controls; they are mission families, not fixed model sizes. LibertyGPT will remain the public service.

Build an enduring operating capability
Delivery will include model development, enterprise model training and inference, qualified operators, evaluation, recovery and ongoing maintenance. Government employees and contractors will receive role-specific workforce instruction for their assigned duties.
The program will preserve the rights, documentation and operating knowledge needed to sustain the mission and change suppliers. As models become more capable, that retained expertise will help mission owners evaluate advances and decide where they can responsibly be used under human authority. General public AI education will remain separate from authorization to handle restricted information or operate mission systems.
