Fund American Super Intelligence
We call on the President and Congress to authorize and fund an initial American Super Intelligence program that gives the American people broadly accessible AI assistance through LibertyGPT, releases openly available Liberty AI models, and provides practical education and workforce training. The program should publish its costs and results, protect privacy, undergo independent evaluation, and present a clear plan for responsible national access.
Signing supports this request, not an investment in AlphaBravo or a particular procurement award. Material changes require a new statement version and fresh agreement.

What does a signature mean?
Support for the exact statement and version shown here. It is not a vote, a donation, an investment, an awarded role or a promise of government action.
How is support counted?
Only email-confirmed signatures for the current statement version are counted. Pending, withdrawn and flagged records are excluded. One normalized email can have one active signature per version. Email confirmation establishes mailbox control, not unique people, citizenship or representative public opinion. State and eligibility are self-reported. Counts refresh when you load this page.
Will my information be public or sent to officials?
Only aggregate support summaries and separately approved organizational endorsements will be delivered to government recipients. Signer names and email addresses will not be published, delivered to officials or reused for sales.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Request a private management link to withdraw your signature, unsubscribe from updates, or do both. These are separate choices. Withdrawal removes a signature from the current count.
Is this a government petition platform?
No. AlphaBravo organizes this independent statement of support. The historical We the People site is an archive; its former signature threshold is not a promise attached to this campaign.
What happens if the statement changes?
A material change gets a new version and requires fresh agreement. Your support is never silently moved to a different request.
