American AI for the American people
American Super Intelligence is AlphaBravo’s proposal for a government-funded AI program. It will give every American citizen access to LibertyGPT, develop the Liberty AI model portfolio and provide practical education for every level. The portfolio will include hosted Frontier intelligence, open-source releases and models for authorized government missions.
The purpose is to make powerful AI a lasting public resource. A student, a worker changing careers and a business developing a new product will each have a way to use it—and a way to learn.
Toward super intelligence
The longer horizon is super intelligence: AI with capabilities beyond human experts across a broad range of intellectual work. Research into the transition from general AI to super intelligence explores how such systems might develop, with substantial uncertainty about the path and pace. For American Super Intelligence, this is an ambition that gives direction to the work ahead.
Imagine a researcher exploring a difficult scientific question, an engineer testing a new design or a student working through a subject once beyond reach. More capable intelligence could help people discover treatments, improve energy systems, build businesses and develop new skills. The public purpose is to put those possibilities within reach of more Americans.
the program’s proposed path begins with useful tools and the skills to use them: LibertyGPT, smaller Liberty OSS releases and practical education. Liberty Frontier will pursue more demanding reasoning, coding and research capabilities through staged development and independent evaluation. American infrastructure and scientific expertise will support continuing progress.
As capability advances, public access, human judgment and accountability must advance with it. Each release will need evidence of useful performance, reliability and safety. The proposed program will judge progress by what people can accomplish and by its effects on their lives. Super intelligence remains a research horizon, with no promised arrival date.
Why national ownership and direction matter
A country that depends entirely on outside AI services has limited control over their availability, development and terms of use. American Super Intelligence will give the United States the people, infrastructure and rights needed to develop and sustain its own public capability.
Government will direct the program’s mission and protect the rights promised to the public. Government employees and contractors will operate it. American companies and researchers will contribute through paid work with defined deliverables and knowledge transfer.
Public access and the ability to build on released models will be design commitments. Supplier contracts will preserve the government’s ability to maintain the work and change providers.
Freedom, critical thinking and truth-seeking
The proposed governing values are freedom, critical thinking and maximal truth-seeking. A committee bound to those values will oversee policy through transparent responsibilities, published evaluation and routes for public challenge and correction.
LibertyGPT will help people examine evidence, compare explanations and reach their own conclusions. It will be designed to acknowledge uncertainty and support source checking. Public accountability includes correcting errors and examining whose needs the service is missing.
Access, models and skills
LibertyGPT will provide a straightforward place to ask questions and work through ideas, with Liberty Frontier as its flagship model family. Liberty OSS models will let developers, researchers and businesses run and adapt the technology themselves. Education will connect both forms of access to useful skills.
Together, these offerings will support learning, work, science and entrepreneurship across the country. Access will include people and institutions without large technology budgets.

A public mission with protected government services
Liberty AI is the proposed model portfolio. Liberty Frontier will provide hosted flagship intelligence through LibertyGPT. Liberty OSS will provide models people can download, run and adapt. Liberty Gov will serve government agencies. Liberty Sentinel will serve defense and national-security missions in separately controlled environments.
Public users will receive public services and releases. Protected agency information will remain within its authorized systems. Gov and Sentinel will use suitable Liberty technology, adapted and evaluated under their mission owners’ controls.

Build national capacity and measure public benefit
The initial infrastructure ambition is six flagship campuses distributed across the United States, each intended to grow to hyperscale capacity. Parallel development and successive waves of new computing capacity would support Frontier model training, open-model development and reliable LibertyGPT service. Additional regional service campuses would extend the network as demand requires. Hosted delivery will preserve government control of the models, development knowledge and operating rights; each family will have an explicit release policy. Education, construction, operations and research will require skilled American workers and long-term institutional knowledge.
Independent evaluation will be part of the proposed program from the start. It will examine learning, useful work, accessibility, economic effects and full costs, including effects on host communities. The case for investment must be tested against results.
