Deliver a defined part of the program
American Super Intelligence will bring together qualified American companies to develop models, build infrastructure and operate public services. The path toward super intelligence will depend on that practical engineering and the ability to sustain each generation of capability. A delivery proposal needs specific expertise, a qualified team and evidence of the work it can perform.

Where delivery partners will contribute

Researchers and education organizations have dedicated participation paths. Contributions across these areas will be coordinated through a defined delivery plan.
Paid work with clear deliverables
The proposed program will contract for qualified commercial expertise. Each scope will state the work, price, acceptance criteria, licensing and knowledge-transfer requirements.
Government teams will receive the assets and expertise needed to continue the agreed work. Contracts will preserve the public rights promised for Liberty OSS, government control of Frontier development and hosting, and the controls required for Liberty Gov and Liberty Sentinel.
Make the contribution reviewable
Bring relevant experience, a qualified team, proposed deliverables, key dependencies and an initial cost basis. Identify which parts require research or engineering before a reliable commitment can be made.
For infrastructure, that will include workload assumptions, platform performance, delivery schedules and operating responsibilities. For models, it will include data rights, evaluation and the intended release package.
Prepare the receiving team
Documentation and hands-on workforce instruction will be part of delivery. Government employees and contractors must be prepared to reproduce the agreed work, operate the systems and maintain them as needs change.
Initial inquiries should describe the proposed role. Proprietary designs and sensitive customer information belong in a suitable follow-up channel.
