AMERICAN INTELLIGENCE. PUBLIC PURPOSE.A proposal by AlphaBravo

Middle school

Learn to question the answer.

American Super Intelligence will help students investigate questions, build early coding skills and learn how to check a claim. Projects will reward evidence and clear reasoning.

Practical uses

Research and evidence

Compare explanations with assigned sources, identify missing evidence and distinguish a claim from an opinion.

STEM exploration

Debug a small program, interpret a classroom dataset or generate questions for a science project.

Media literacy

Examine how a persuasive headline differs from a supported account and spot when a model invents a source.

AN EXAMPLE IN PRACTICE

A class investigates water use in its community using teacher-provided records.

  1. Students define a question and ask the assistant to suggest ways to organize the supplied data.
  2. They reproduce calculations in a spreadsheet and trace every claim to the records.
  3. They present a conclusion, identify uncertainty and explain what they changed after checking the model.

THE HUMAN CAPABILITY

What people will learn

  • Distinguish generated text from retrieved evidence.
  • Verify calculations, citations and assumptions.
  • Describe AI assistance honestly and keep personal information out.

THE DELIVERY PATH

How access will work

School and library projects will use LibertyGPT with age-appropriate guidance. Supervised Liberty OSS demonstrations will introduce how models work.

Understand the model families

How success will be measured

Assess source checking, explanation, correction and transfer to a new question—not just the polish of the final project.

Requirements for this use

The teacher sets the learning objective, appropriate sources and permitted assistance. A fluent answer is not evidence that a student understands the subject.

This scenario describes the proposed experience. Product evaluation and the responsible organization’s approval will precede deployment.
